Easy Crepes

2 cups flour

4 eggs

2 – 2 ½ cups Milk

¼ cup melted butter

2 dashes of salt

Combine all ingredients and cook like a very thin pancake.

Crepe Filling

8 oz package cream cheese

1 ¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tbl lemon juice

½ tsp vanilla

1 cup heavy cream whipped or 2 pints of pre whipped cream
